LMI is seeking a highly skilled Project Integrator to support an enterprise-wide language policy program. The successful candidate will act as a consultant, focusing on tracking and measuring the success of the program. Candidate must be willing to work on client site in Chantilly, VA. Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experience with no degree.
  • Experience in managing small tasks or subtasks requiring expertise in functional areas described above.
  • Proven experience in project integration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with federal government operations and language policy programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level.
  • You must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze program data and metrics.
  • Review and assess regulations impacting the program.
  • Collect and evaluate component policies.
  • Research and provide benchmarking data from similar programs.
  • Provide strategic support on foreign language related topics through metrics development and tracking.
  • Assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Provide advisory guidance on policies related to language compensation.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Assist in developing and launching foreign language initiatives.
