The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a key support element to the Digital Steering Group (DSG) Executive Secretariat and the Global Integration Program (GIP), providing a range of administrative, analytical, communication, and marketing support functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide administrative support to the DSG, including coordinating DSG meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records. Assist with data management and analysis efforts, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets and documents, and supporting data analysis and reporting initiatives. Support communications and marketing efforts to include drafting emails and other correspondence, assisting with the development of marketing materials, and providing support for the maintenance of relevant websites and knowledge management platforms. Provide general administrative support to GIP as needed, and assist with special projects and initiatives led by the Mission Integrator. Manage calendars for GIP leadership to streamline coordination, and provide deconfliction where appropriate. Attend meetings with members of the GIP team to take notes and provide meeting minutes when appropriate.

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience, 8-10 years with Bachelor's, 6-8 years with Master's) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.
  • Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations on schedule to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to work within a team and independently.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience and 3 years of experience with the Customer.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs
