About The Position

Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI FSP
• 6+ years' experience
• Previous experience with the customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable working with senior government staff
• Well organized

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of working capital fund business model is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide front office and executive support to senior leadership, including daily calendar management, meeting de-confliction, and coordination of conference rooms and secure VTCs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for scheduling, governance forums, staff meetings, partnership meetings, and cross-organizational engagements.
• Review, track, and manage TaskITs and action items, drafting recommended responses and ensuring timely coordination and closure.
• Process clearance, access, onboarding, and offboarding requests for staff and contractors.
• Prepare leadership materials, including panel books, briefing packages, agendas, and read-ahead documentation.
• Maintain Outlook distribution groups and SharePoint sites, including content updates, data cleanup, and migration support.
• Coordinate cross-divisional activities and briefings with project managers and division leadership.
• Support process documentation, communications products, weekly status reporting, and corporate tasking responses.
• Assist with budget coordination and tracking, as needed.
