The Project Installation Technician will be expected to cover RTG's new installations and upgrade project work as assigned, including, but not limited to, Low-Voltage Cabling, New Store/Restaurant POS installation, Remodels, and Move-Add Changes. Must be self-sufficient and possess technical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot, support, and install low voltage cabling, network devices, computer hardware & software, and other IT-related devices (Audio, Security Cameras, Drive Thru Systems, Digital Menu Boards). Will be required to create and update installation documents and checklists. Must demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work independently. Responsible for possessing the required RTG-approved tools and test equipment, either RTG-issued equipment or RTG-approved personal equipment. *RTG reserves the right to inspect any personal tools or equipment to ensure they meet RTG’s requirements. Will be responsible for returning any RTG provided tools or equipment at end of employment. Reports directly to the Director of Installation Vendor Services will also take direction from the Director of Project Management and the Project Manager responsible for the designated assignment.
