About The Position

The Project IE is responsible for planning and executing layout changes, capacity assessments, and strategic projects to support production scalability and efficiency. This role manages plant construction planning, capacity reporting, and digital transformation initiatives, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and global project standards.

Requirements

  • Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–5 years in project engineering, layout planning, and capacity management.
  • AutoCAD
  • Time and motion study
  • Lean production concepts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Other digital tools (MES, ERP, BI dashboards)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track layout setup based on product requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress for new plant construction and build-up activities.
  • Lead internal and customer capacity meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver internal/customer capacity assessment reports.
  • Upload D1 product model information into customer systems (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Implement AI Digital Transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support parallel implementation of overseas projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards.
