About The Position

Midco Diving & Marine Services is the leading full-service underwater construction, inspection, and repair firm in the nation. Our work is critical-we dive deep to maintenance everything from municipal water tanks and bridges to dams and processing plants. Our motto says it all: "We Do That." We're not just growing; we're building a team of passionate, like-minded individuals dedicated to high-quality service. We're looking for a Project Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This is a role where you will serve as the operational backbone of our field services, ensuring our crews, equipment, and logistics are synchronized. You'll be the person who bridges the gap between the office and the water, managing mobilization, asset readiness, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Experienced: You have 2–5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, with at least a year or two of project management under your belt.
  • A Logistics Pro: You're someone who actually enjoys the challenge of synchronizing schedules, people, and gear. You don't break a sweat when plans change at the last minute.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things-whether it's a data entry error in a log or a missing compliance document-and you fix them before they become problems.
  • Strong Communicator: You can talk to anyone, from a diver on a barge to a client in a boardroom, with professional ease.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're an expert in Microsoft Office and pick up new asset management or financial systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Logistics: You'll handle the heavy lifting of crew travel, lodging, and mobilization. When a project kicks off, you're the one making sure the team gets there smoothly and on time.
  • Manage Our Assets: You'll keep a sharp eye on our technical equipment, conducting audits to ensure everything is in working order, accounted for, and ready for the next rotation.
  • Keep Us Connected: You'll be the primary point of contact between our field crews, management, and clients. You'll turn complex data like dive logs and equipment statuses into clear, professional summaries.
  • Maintain Financial Integrity: From processing purchase orders and expense reports to ensuring payroll inputs are spot-on, you'll keep our project costing accurate and our vendors happy.
  • Guard the Paperwork: You'll manage the essential repository of project documents-contracts, safety logs, and regulatory files-ensuring nothing ever falls through the cracks.
