Requirements

• Have 2+ years leading construction or exterior crews
• Naturally take charge and earn respect quickly
• Run organized, efficient jobsites
• Communicate clearly and directly
• Solve problems without waiting to be told
• Hold people accountable — including yourself
• Embrace structure, systems, and reporting
• Are comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations with confidence and clarity
• Set production goals and hold crews accountable
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage workflow
• Enforce safety standards without compromise
• Protect quality — no shortcuts, no excuses
• Keep projects on schedule and aligned with scope
• Complete accurate daily field reports
• Conduct final walkthroughs and punch list sign-offs
• Communicate with Project Managers and Installation leadership
• Represent our brand professionally in front of homeowners
