Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality work and build valuable long-term relationships with partners.
  • Strengthen technical and industry knowledge in a growing and evolving field.
  • Lead and mentor small project teams through Manufacturing Solution’s Patient Focused and People first platform.
  • Provide mentorship and development for the next generation of leaders.
  • Drive and support business development initiatives.
  • Manage resource allocation for a given market.
  • Play a strategic leadership role focused on Business Development and organizational growth.
  • Ensure Project Delivery via personal billability and team training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of consulting and/or project engineering experience for Project Engineer role.
  • 3-6 years of related consulting and/or project engineering experience for Consultant role.
  • 8 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical or biotech experience for Manager role.
  • 6 years of managing high-performing teams for Manager role.
  • 4 years of business development, lead generation or sales experience for Manager role.
  • 12 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical or biotech experience for Director role.
  • 10 years of managing high-performing teams for Director role.
  • 7 years of business development, lead generation or sales experience for Director role.
