Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality work and build valuable long-term relationships with partners.
- Strengthen technical and industry knowledge in a growing and evolving field.
- Lead and mentor small project teams through Manufacturing Solution’s Patient Focused and People first platform.
- Provide mentorship and development for the next generation of leaders.
- Drive and support business development initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation for a given market.
- Play a strategic leadership role focused on Business Development and organizational growth.
- Ensure Project Delivery via personal billability and team training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of consulting and/or project engineering experience for Project Engineer role.
- 3-6 years of related consulting and/or project engineering experience for Consultant role.
- 8 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical or biotech experience for Manager role.
- 6 years of managing high-performing teams for Manager role.
- 4 years of business development, lead generation or sales experience for Manager role.
- 12 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical or biotech experience for Director role.
- 10 years of managing high-performing teams for Director role.
- 7 years of business development, lead generation or sales experience for Director role.
