About The Position

The Project Facilitator will engage in a hybrid role to support execution of a variety of projects related to the aviation industry and related fields. Duties can include project planning support, oversight/coordination of vendors and subcontractors at project location, and quality control receiving of parts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in quality control, project coordination, or a related role in aviation, critical facilities projects, or highly regulated environment.
Travel 50% for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Additional education or certification in quality control, project coordination, or a related field is a plus.
Ability and willingness to work internationally is a plus
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with various internal teams to develop comprehensive project scope of work with required support documentation and procedures
Estimate project budget and resources necessary to complete project
Develop project schedule for full project obligations
Create work breakdown structure for internal and external resources
Ensure resources and equipment are in place for project execution
Communicate with site managers for general schedule updates, site related issues, and ancillary activities
Provide direction to sub-contractors and vendors to ensure project stays on budget and on schedule
Track daily progress against schedule and develop a mitigation plan in the event project timeline slips
Provide project status updates to project team
Perform quality control review of aircraft parts to identify, segregate, and maintain all materials according to the established JMI protocols
Document the results of inspections, including any discrepancies or issues found.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on site to ensure scope of work is completed in accordance with agreement
Communicate with logistics team to establish shipping of goods prior to demobilization from site
