TPO&G, a Tutor Perini Joint venture company, is seeking a Project Executive to join our Manhattan Jail project in midtown Manhattan. As a Project Executive at WDF, reporting to a VP of Operations, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the P/L of a large-scale high-profile project. You will lead an internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration as required to achieve successful project completion. You will be responsible for the successful execution of all projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards. You will ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meeting with the highest quality and service standards, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance, communicate directly with the client, review owner contracts and ensure compliance, manage the development of master project schedules and quality control programs, identify critical issues and milestones, review and approve budgets and scopes with the Preconstruction Department, identify potential additional cost issues and forecasts accordingly, ensure that safety is properly incorporated into job planning and execution, manage the development of a GMP or Lump Sum Contract, analyze the financial ability of subcontractors to perform, conduct weekly and monthly reviews of job cost reports, develop Look-Ahead Schedules, and oversee the company's quality control program on the project.

  • 15+ years of successful project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering or related field preferred
  • Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact/communicate with different departments
  • Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase programs consisting of multiple project elements
  • Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Tech savvy, ability to use MS office applications, and construction related software platforms preferred
