Manage Wohlsen’s relationship with each assigned client, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Ensure the overall success of each assigned project, focusing on safety, client satisfaction ("Raving Fans"), adherence to schedule, quality of work, and profitability. Oversee the development of work on each project and manage all aspects of resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Ensure fulfillment of all owner contract requirements and meeting contractual obligations. Directly manage assigned project team members, overseeing their performance, providing mentorship and facilitating their professional development.
