About The Position

As a Project Executive at AMJ, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. You'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, meets scientific and regulatory standards, and delights our clients every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or client success executive.
  • Communication: Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate client needs and internal priorities
  • Planning & Organization: Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects
  • Quality & Detail Orientation: Rigor around deliverables, documentation, and deadlines
  • Relationship Management: Skilled at building rapport and delivering a consistent client experience
  • Problem Solving: Solutions-oriented, able to foresee and mitigate project risks
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving client needs
  • Strategic Awareness: Understands client objectives and identifies opportunities to grow accounts

Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery: Assist in coordinating the end-to-end delivery of projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars), helping ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain client communication: Support day-to-day communication with clients, helping ensure clear updates, responsiveness, and positive working relationships.
  • Support performance reporting: Assist in preparing project performance summaries and analytics to help demonstrate engagement and results to clients.
  • Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to help ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, flag potential risks, and support process improvements.
  • Contribute to team success: Support account activities, share project insights, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve delivery and client outcomes.
