About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for large -scale, ground -up data center construction programs. This role must be able to travel and will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple high -value, mission -critical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, financial performance, schedule commitments, and quality standards. The Project Executive will serve as the senior authority across construction execution, General Contractor performance, and stakeholder engagement, bringing deep expertise in data center infrastructure, complex MEP systems, and large capital programs. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in North America. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience delivering large -scale, ground -up data center or mission -critical construction projects.
  • Proven experience leading multi -million -dollar capital programs with complex electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong background overseeing General Contractors on large commercial or mission -critical builds.
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical distribution, cooling systems, redundancy strategies, and commissioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
  • Executive presence with strong leadership, decision -making, and client -facing communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hyperscale or multi -site data center programs.
  • Background in owner’s representative, developer, or senior GC leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with construction and program management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive -level leadership across one or more ground -up data center projects, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Establish project governance, delivery strategies, and execution standards across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex technical, contractual, and operational issues.
  • Provide senior oversight of mission -critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensuring systems meet reliability, redundancy, and performance requirements.
  • Guide execution strategies for high -voltage electrical systems, backup power generation, UPS, cooling plants, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Ensure commissioning, integrated testing, and turnover strategies are clearly defined and successfully executed.
  • Oversee and direct General Contractors and key trade partners, holding them accountable for safety, quality, manpower planning, sequencing, and milestone performance.
  • Evaluate contractor performance, manage contractual risk, and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between field execution teams, design partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain executive oversight of project financials, including budgets, forecasts, procurement strategies, and change management.
  • Identify and mitigate program -level risks that could impact cost, schedule, or delivery certainty.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Act as the senior client -facing representative, building trusted relationships and providing executive -level communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead milestone reviews, executive updates, and strategic planning discussions with owners, consultants, and internal leadership.
  • Support business development efforts through project positioning, execution planning, and client confidence building.
