About The Position

We are representing a Large Industrial Real Estate owner in North America as they aggressively expand their dedicated Data Center Construction division. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that acts as both the Owner/Developer and the General Contractor, providing a level of project control and financial stability that is unmatched in the current market. We are seeking a high-energy, tech-forward Project Executive to lead a flagship site in Windsor, Colorado. This is a multi-phase, high-megawatt campus (Phase 1: 127MW / Phase 2: 90MW) that will serve one of the world’s most recognizable technology brands. Why This Role? Unprecedented Pipeline: Our client is currently planning 30+ Hyperscale sites across the US. This isn't just one project; it is the start of a long-term leadership career. True Autonomy: As the GC on-site, you have the authority to drive the project to completion while mentoring a hand-picked, over-staffed team designed for future growth.

Requirements

  • Data Center Expertise: Proven track record leading large-scale Data Center/Mission Critical builds (100MW+ preferred).
  • Tech-Native: You must be highly proficient in modern construction software. We are looking for leaders who embrace technology rather than struggle with it.
  • Stability & Ambition: You are a professional who values embedding into a business and growing with it, rather than chasing the next "quick buck" elsewhere.
  • Presence: Ability to be on-site 5 days a week in Windsor, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Oversight: Lead the full lifecycle of a 125MW+ hyperscale build, from initial site work through to commissioning and final handover.
  • Strategic Leadership: Manage all variables of a complex multi-phase project, ensuring Phase 1 hits its August 2026 completion date while preparing for an 18-month Phase 2 expansion.
  • Tech Integration: Champion the use of Procore and 3D Rendering for real-time project tracking, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage multi-million dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and high-level client relations with "Confidential" Fortune 500 stakeholders.
