The Project Executive at Mainspring Energy, Inc. is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of power generation projects. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships from pre-sales through to commercial operation, ensuring successful project execution across various disciplines. The Project Executive will lead project teams, instill a culture of accountability, and drive innovative solutions to meet project challenges while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Manage customer relationships from pre-sales through to commercial operation.
  • Provide proactive high-level oversight, identifying project challenges across all disciplines.
  • Lead projects with new use cases, new territories, and product applications.
  • Oversee project managers and projects from feasibility to commercial operation.
  • Instill a culture of accountability and end-to-end success, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Write RFPs, level bids, and negotiate contracts and scopes with subcontractors and partners.
  • Promote a culture of due diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ensure optimal communication and collaboration across departments and with EPC partners.
  • Develop and negotiate partnerships to enhance project execution capabilities.
  • Manage and hit cost targets for the installation process.
  • 10+ years of experience with power generation project management from feasibility to COD.
  • Experience with microgrid projects and understanding of related technologies.
  • Ability to read, evaluate, and comment on Civil and MEP plan sets.
  • Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and refine processes to reduce costs and drive efficiency.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience solving complex problems across all aspects of a project.
  • Ability to excel in high-output, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with software deployment and customer service.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
