As a Project Executive/Veteran Project Manager at LSF, you will oversee complex projects from conception to completion, mentor project teams, and play a key role in our continued growth as an industry leader.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a four year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 15 years of relevant construction experience, including leadership roles.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive recommendations and take action.

Responsibilities

  • Construct and align wooden and metal forms for foundations, retaining walls, sidewalks, and curbs.
  • Generate execution plans for each project to guide successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit Executive Summary Reports outlining project priorities and issues with recommended actions.
  • Support new business development by ensuring client satisfaction and participating in proposals and presentations.
  • Support initial client submissions and early project development.
  • Develop conceptual schedules from preconstruction to construction.
  • Ensure project financial performance aligns with business plan metrics.
  • Approve monthly pay applications and review change order proposals.
  • Optimize project cost performance with support from the Superintendent.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment and support individual career goals.
  • Oversee risk management, including identification, evaluation, and mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
