About The Position
The Project Engineer (PE) at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. plays a crucial role in managing and disseminating critical project information to stakeholders. This position requires the PE to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The PE serves as the on-site expert regarding submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), materials, safety documentation, drawing updates, and other relevant project documents. In addition to managing documentation, the PE is responsible for field reporting, which includes tracking field activities, maintaining punch lists, conducting safety walks, and documenting project progress through photographs. The PE must also maintain a material delivery log, ensuring timely communication of potential delays and verifying that delivered materials match submitted specifications. The role involves generating agendas for project meetings, tracking commitments, and distributing minutes to stakeholders. The PE will interface with clients and the design team throughout the project, fostering relationships with all stakeholders and collaborating with team members to establish and implement project goals.
