Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our Energy Storage Group. This professional will be responsible for providing overall management for large projects, leading the project team and ensuring key and successful customer relations, while assisting operating group with winning work. As a Project Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams. You'll oversee contract administration, financial performance, and strategic planning while mentoring project managers and engineers. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about clean energy and capable of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across diverse geographies. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role is pivotal in driving project success from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and team development.
