As a Project Executive at EIG Electrical Systems, you are responsible for the Account Management and strategic operations of one or several electrical construction projects. The primary task is the successful management of a high-performing team including Sr Project Managers, Project Managers, and the teams they run. You will drive the planning, execution, and financial performance of your projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values - people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. This strategic position will require leveraging your technical knowledge, business acumen and people management skills. Ideally, you'll have at least ten years of complex construction experience managing teams and client relationships on electrical construction projects within the data center market. But even more importantly, you understand that success in our industry requires communication and empathy, both with customers and internally with your team. You have a passion for managing, leading, and developing high-performing teams and employees. You're enthusiastic about mentoring and developing your employees, and will make a commitment to your team to help them learn and constantly improve.
