Requirements

• Experience dealing with budgets, procurement, and working in corporate systems that aid in managing and building projects.
• Strength in people management, troubleshooting, and using various business systems.
• Ability to work in a demanding growth environment with corresponding challenges.
• Commitment to quality control and performance/results orientation.
• Self-motivated and punctual with a professional appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large signature project or several projects and project teams.
• Achieve financial control and attain profit goals for each project.
• Contribute to the development and execution of goals and strategies such as seeking new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Lead and train staff, hiring needed team members and focusing on growth strategies.
• Proactively evaluate personnel for needed changes and implement actions as necessary.
• Maintain a focused management effort to ensure issues and challenges are dealt with proactively and timely.
