About The Position

SFS Group USA Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to in our team in Wyomissing, PA to support project bidding and execution for NVELOPE® subframe systems. This role is responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and technical recommendations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimized façade system solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of estimating experience in construction, façade systems, or building envelope products
• Strong understanding of rainscreen systems, cladding attachment, or exterior wall assemblies preferred
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural drawings and specifications for NVELOPE® subframe systems
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and quotations based on project requirements
• Analyze project documents to identify scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to develop optimized system designs
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, system configurations, and installation considerations
• Review bid documents, addenda, and revisions to maintain up-to-date estimates
• Communicate with contractors, architects, and façade consultants to clarify project scope
• Support post-bid activities including revisions, negotiations, and project handoff
