The Grout Medic of Frisco is seeking an experienced Project Estimator/Sales to join our team. In this role, you will assist the company in making profitable business decisions by gathering information and preparing accurate estimates. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, outgoing individual eager to own all territory responsibilities and provide customers with excellent experience.

  • Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations
  • Conduct and create customized onsite project estimates-ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters for all parties
  • Responsible for project oversight (including project co-ordination with appropriate parties, scheduling and communicating with customers, managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction upon project completion
  • Achieve agreed upon sales and production targets and other KPI’s within benchmarked timeframes
  • Following up with previous customers and previous estimates to generate business.
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively manage time, calendar and projects
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willing and able to work weekly hours and some weekend days as required
  • Knowledgeable in the Grout and Tile industry: Re-grouting, Sealing, Repair, Cleaning, and Caulking
  • Previous experience as an Estimator/Sales in a relevant field is preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record (MVR will be checked), and reliable transportation
  • Background check required.
