Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering, construction management, economics or business
- Dedication to safety - OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing information and document controls related to the development and completion of a construction project
- Support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to help ensure project, team, owner, and business partner success- job site communications, RFI process, and project control procedures to include scheduling and changes in the work
- Actively participate in and manage information from contractor meetings and strengthen positive interactions with contractors
