The Project Engineering Support Specialist provides technical expertise in engineering solutions for intelligence support systems across MARCENT. This role supports the design, testing, and deployment of intelligence system capabilities, conducts feasibility analyses for new technologies, and recommends solutions to improve system integration and sustainment. The specialist assists in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and engineering support records to ensure systems are properly maintained and aligned with mission requirements. Leveraging 7–10 years of engineering experience, the specialist analyzes, documents, and presents Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance solutions to senior decision makers, ensuring that MARCENT capabilities meet both national and theater-level requirements. By combining technical engineering expertise with a deep understanding of C4ISR challenges, the Project Engineering Support Specialist strengthens MARCENT’s ability to operate advanced intelligence systems and sustain mission readiness.
