The Low Voltage Project Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the Low Voltage Project Engineering group. The Project Engineering Manager drives the performance of the team, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This role involves creating and implementing processes and procedures for the Project Engineering group to generate cable matrices, schedules, and labels that detail cable routing, endpoints, and final labels. This position blends technical project engineering expertise with people leadership, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. The Project Engineering Manager establishes standards, drives performance against KPIs, and ensures engineering deliverables enable safe, efficient, and accurate project execution.
