About The Position

The Project Engineering Intern will assist the MANN+HUMMEL project engineering team with launching new production products.

Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Actively pursuing Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Management Engineering or a relative field
• Current GPA 3.0 or better
• Must be team and goal oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Strong Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets using Pivot Tables and Macros.
• Ability to read and evaluate part prints.
• Ability to work hands on in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and update work instructions for equipment.
• Time study assembly lines and assist in balancing work loads.
• Participate in design reviews for equipment and tooling.
• Work on continuous improvements exercises.
