This individual will perform as JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Associate Manager at Luke AFB, AZ. This position will interface with ALIS and Mission Planning Environment (MPE) Multi-Function Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to oversee/manage day-to-day technical priorities, operational issues, training, and ensure processes and checklists are properly administered and documented. Interface with multiple internal and external customers to address operational needs and ALIS resource allocation. Responsible for L-code personnel management of ALIS Multi-Function Analysts in this region and reports to the Luke ALIS Site Manager. Individual may have an Off-board Mission Systems, System Administrator, Database Administrator (DBA), and/or Software/System Engineer background. The selected applicant may be required to work rotating shifts and work in excess of 40 hours per week, as needed by operations. ALISAeroPrime Basic Qualifications Prior Leadership experience Candidates must have Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last six years. Proficiency in all MS Office applications Must be willing to travel to operational sites depending on operational needs, to include supporting deployments Must be able to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification Desired skills 1) Prior leadership and people management, to include employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development 2) Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and LM Executives 3) Prior hands-on knowledge of JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) system, including an in-depth understanding of the Architecture, Design and Deployments plans 4) System integration expertise 5) Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams 6) Full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
