We are looking for Project Engineers in: Jerome, Idaho; Luxemburg, Weyauwega, Little Chute, Wisconsin; Lake Norden, South Dakota; Le Sueur, Minnesota; Hull, Iowa. Developing and implementing transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance. Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, capital and expense estimates. Selecting contractors/vendors, specifying equipment. Coordinating execution plans with a focus on measurable results. Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage. Troubleshoot problems, design solutions, and implement corrective actions. Develop process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new installations. Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Use data from equipment and ERP systems to track raw material losses and yield efficiency.
