We’re experiencing rapid expansion across both our New Jersey and Texas locations, and we’re excited to grow our powerhouse team as we continue setting new benchmarks for performance, safety, and success in commercial construction. This role is a full-time, salary role that directly reports to the Engineering Manager with cross reporting to the General Manager. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days weekly where day-to-day work will occur in the New Jersey office. This role will require up to 10% travel requirements, fully paid by the company, to various locations depending on business needs.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards; apply engineering principles and design tools to optimize products.
  • Design and conduct in-house product testing; oversee third-party testing and certification.
  • Create and manage 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and production documentation.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing instructions, material specs, and construction estimates.
  • Support product development, marketing, compliance, quality control, and certifications.
  • Create and interpret architectural drawings; provide technical documentation for marketing and business development.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide installation guidance and manuals.
  • Assist with Quality Management System tasks and certification audits.
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Background in sheet metal fabrication and familiarity with related equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of OpenBOM and 3D Experience (training available on the job).
  • Proficiency in Revit considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including custom sheet metal work.
  • Experience or strong interest in developing direct-to-CNC links for process automation.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
  • Proficiency in Revit considered a plus.
