About The Position
The position is responsible for land development across various sectors including residential, industrial, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, and recreational design. The role encompasses a range of technical tasks such as conceptual site layout, utility design, roadway design, site grading design, soil erosion and sedimentation control design, and floodplain studies. Additionally, the position involves providing permitting and entitlement support, preparing engineer's opinions of probable cost, assisting with proposal preparation, and offering construction support.
