The position involves direct interaction with PULSCO representatives and customers to interpret their requirements for hydropneumatic systems and silencer products. The role requires communication and implementation of innovations, ideas, and improvements. The individual will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Director of Research & Development on resource allocation, planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and productivity metrics tracking. Additionally, the role includes coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directing the integration of technical activities. The candidate will also analyze technology and resource needs, assess market demand, and evaluate the feasibility of projects. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving cost estimates, preparing and overseeing budgets and bids, and implementing policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering department. Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job is essential.
