The individual will maintain project document control and procedures, coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals while maintaining as-built drawings. Collaboration with the project team lead is essential for supervising design and ensuring timely responses to the submittal schedule. The position also involves reviewing trade partners' submittals for compliance with scope and design documentation before forwarding them for design review. Coordination with the project manager and superintendent is necessary for managing and reporting overall project performance in terms of health, safety, environment (HSE), cost management, schedule, and quality. The individual will prepare and supervise progress claims and estimates, coordinate inventory and tracking of materials and equipment, and expedite material orders. Additionally, the role includes assisting with site inspections to resolve constructability and site coordination issues, ensuring compliance with functionality, AHJ requirements, and code compliance. Finally, the individual will participate in overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance, warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
