The Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering [ASE] Project Engineering organization is hiring a Project Engineer, supporting the development of new repair technologies. The ASE technology team is working on the development and implementation of innovative inspection, automation, and advanced repair technologies to support our Military and Commercial aftermarket networks. The Project Engineer, in support of the IPT Leader, coordinates a team of internal and external practitioners, subject matter experts, test facilities, and suppliers to plan, execute, and industrialize new technologies. Support IPT Leader on program planning, task tracking and reporting on ASE Technology Project schedule, budget, and status. Support the repair business units and/or engine centers in deployment of the technologies. Define and procure materials and other external resources to support tasks. Support the creation of business cases. Lead risk identification, validation planning, problem solving, and risk reduction efforts. Role would work on multiple funded Projects and in development of plans for future Projects.
