About The Position

The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of new store construction, remodels, and capital projects across assigned regions. This role involves developing and reviewing site-specific architectural, MEP, structural, and civil plans, as well as resolving complex code, physical, and lease-related issues. The Project Engineer is also tasked with providing accurate schedules and budget estimates and conducting on-site oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaboration with construction, installations, leasing, vendors, landlords, and district leadership is key, alongside managing RFP and reporting processes, supporting landlord repair escalations, and delivering high-quality internal customer service. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving, and time management skills.
