The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $94,160 - $124,762. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. The Manufacturing Engineering team within the Lateral Automation Products Value Stream plays a critical role in driving innovation and operational excellence across our assembly processes. As a Project Engineer (Manufacturing), you will take ownership of assigned product lines, leading efforts to develop, implement, and continuously improve assembly processes that ensure safe, high-quality, efficient production. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams including Assembly, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, Product Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance in a collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Manager – Manufacturing Engineering and contribute meaningfully to the success of the Lateral Automation Products Value Stream.
