General Matter is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) team supporting execution of complex, critical-path projects. The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendents from preconstruction through startup. This role supports specific construction scopes by coordinating subcontractors and installations, resolving field issues, performing inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and tracking schedule and budget. The Project Engineer also manages RFIs, submittals, RFPs, procurement activities, and scope schedules, maintaining full ownership of assigned work.
