About The Position
We are a growing concrete contractor ($10mil+rev) based in Middle Tennessee specializing in new construction projects for retail, banks, hotels, industrial, and big box store clients. Our work includes concrete foundations, flatwork, and site work on commercial-scale projects ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000. We are looking for experienced, motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in running concrete construction projects and want to be part of a fast-paced, professional team. - Manage Submittals
- Create Schedule of Values
- Track Change Orders
- Price ASI's & Plan Changes
- Purchase & Order Material
- Approve Invoices
- Approve Receipts
- Schedule & Run Kickoff Meetings
- Project Management
- Review RFI ASI
- Project Scope Changes & Price Accordingly
- Submit Monthly Billing Schedule of Values
- Budgeting
- Scheduling with Field Director
- Change Orders
- Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
- Work Directly with the Superintendent and the Project Manager of the General Contractor
- Approve Invoices
