Responsibilities

  • Drive technical ownership and execution of engineering projects from design to commissioning and handover/completion.
  • Own, lead, and execute projects from requirements and scope alignment to defining project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive safety priorities and compliance with internal and relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and own opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability as needed.
  • Work with limited information in a complex project landscape with minimum guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar.
  • 5+ years of Project Engineering experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry for project design, execution, to commissioning/delivery.
  • Experience working within cross functional project teams on multiple projects with responsibility for entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Experience with MS Office, SAP preferred.
  • Proficiency with CAD and document management software (Preferred: Autodesk, Revit, BIM) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks.
