Responsibilities
- Drive technical ownership and execution of engineering projects from design to commissioning and handover/completion.
- Own, lead, and execute projects from requirements and scope alignment to defining project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive safety priorities and compliance with internal and relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and own opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability as needed.
- Work with limited information in a complex project landscape with minimum guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar.
- 5+ years of Project Engineering experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry for project design, execution, to commissioning/delivery.
- Experience working within cross functional project teams on multiple projects with responsibility for entire project lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, public speaking, and presentations.
- Experience with MS Office, SAP preferred.
- Proficiency with CAD and document management software (Preferred: Autodesk, Revit, BIM) is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks.
