Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer with 4 – 10 years of experience to join our team in Las Cruces or El Paso. The position will focus primarily on water/wastewater related projects, including but not limited to supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to lead and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment in our La Cruces, NM office.   • Interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team.
  • Contact and visit clients for business development/marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
  • Manage and develop business client relationships.
  • Proficiently manage a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets.
  • Mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations.
  • BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis.
  • MS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
  • 4-10 years of experience.
  • TXPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months is required.
  • Experience with plan production, familiarity with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or Revit is preferred.
  • Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer.
