This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team. Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.. (any project documentation) Review and shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties. Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivity

Requirements

  • Experience within the Construction Industry
  • Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.
  • Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
  • Ability to both manage and be part of a team
  • Ability to develop strong business plans
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles
