Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent Job Description: Manage and coordinate steel-related engineering activities throughout project lifecycle, from design through fabrication and erection. Review and interpret structural steel drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Collaborate closely with design engineers, fabricators, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and optimize construction methods. Prepare and review engineering calculations, material take-offs, and steel quantity estimates. Conduct site visits to monitor steel installation progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Coordinate procurement of steel materials, ensuring specifications and delivery schedules are met. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans related to steel structures. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting with a focus on steel works. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company policies related to steel construction. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and field staff on steel construction best practices
