About The Position

We are Lockheed Martin Aeronautics! You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Weapons Integration Team. Our team is responsible for the weapons integration and certification for the F-35. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Engineering degree.
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
  • Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management)
  • Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Project/program management experience
  • Experience with large scale military programs.
  • Experience operating in a Agile work cycle
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)
  • Experience interfacing with senior leadership within and customer organizations
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems engineering experience
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar w/ LM Aero EV tools to manage programs
  • US Citizen
  • Successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
