This role is pivotal in leading and coordinating the planning, organization, control, integration, and execution of engineering Capability projects for the F-22 program. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program performance, which includes providing inputs for Statements of Work (SOW), proposal estimates, Rough Order Magnitudes (ROMs), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and managing program baseline activities. Effective communication of program changes and direction during execution is also a critical component of this position. The Project Engineer will work closely with multi-disciplined engineering teams to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, as the role involves access to sensitive information and requires a Secret security clearance. The work environment is dynamic, and the engineer will need to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
