Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in engineering (ABET accredited preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience in refrigeration systems design, including ammonia.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee staff and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive in pursuing ongoing training and maintaining required licenses.

Responsibilities

Manage project designs and ensure compliance with building program requirements.
Coordinate with clients and oversee construction administration.
Supervise assigned project staff and ensure effective resource utilization.
Conduct detailed engineering calculations and document design for refrigeration systems.
Support construction teams with problem-solving and oversight.
Ensure project schedules and budgets are met throughout the design process.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
