The individual will be responsible for the design of complex projects, including grading, drainage, and utilities, and will develop project objectives and approaches for proposals while identifying necessary sub-consultants. The role requires preparing fee and cost estimates, performing final reviews of utility models and drainage reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. The individual will communicate with internal and external project teams and clients, assist in construction administration, and mentor project teams.
