Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm
Proven track record of successful project design and management.
Be a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.
Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
Speak and write well.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Be a team player and excel at mentoring others.
Passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
Manage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
Prepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.
