Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working primarily onsite in an active construction environment.
  • A clear and effective communicator with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the construction industry.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA Certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily coordination of mission-critical concrete construction projects.
  • Work onsite with field teams to monitor labor, materials, equipment, and production.
  • Manage drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and overall project documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
  • Assist with project scheduling, including three-week lookahead planning.
  • Track labor data, project logs, and reports to support cost and progress tracking.
  • Attend jobsite meetings, document action items, and support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
