About The Position

Discovery Energy, LLC (d/b/a Rehlko) seeks Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering for its Sheboygan, WI location to lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational performance, including equipment upgrades, layout changes, and workflow optimization. Develop and implement cost savings projects and serve as a coach/mentor for structured problem solving (DMAIC, PDCA, 8D/PSP, 4Q, or A3).

Requirements

• Project Management - Lean Process Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational performance, including equipment upgrades, layout changes, and workflow optimization.
• Develop and implement cost savings projects
• Serve as a coach/mentor for structured problem solving (DMAIC, PDCA, 8D/PSP, 4Q, or A3).
