We offer internships and opportunity to receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills acquired in college. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to help develop both technical and professional skills.

Requirements

• Preferably a Junior or Senior.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science or Construction Management.
• Past construction work experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Dependable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management, Field Supervision and/or Estimating departments on a construction project either at the project site or divisional office.
• Manage project document flow.
• Take progress photos of jobsite.
• Participate in the submittal review and approval process.
• Assist in the RFI process.
• Support the change management process.
• Perform any other duties specific to each jobsite.
