Come join our journey, and experience what it means to be Done Right with Rhoads.   This position is responsible for assisting the Project Engineers, Project Managers, Program Manager, and Area Superintendents in all aspects of planning and tracking project completion. Work is performed concurrently on multiple multi-phase Department of Defense projects. Co-ops act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to support on-time and on-budget project execution. Co-ops will: Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating the project schedule and resources; attend project meetings and handle correspondence to clients, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, and other associates. Work proactively to avoid, mitigate, and document issues on the shop floor to help keep projects moving towards schedule milestones. Assist with the collection and analysis of project-related data including, but not limited to, delay logs, weekly metric reports, training logs, and schedules. Update and maintain accurate files, including change orders, engineering documents, customer submittals, permits, and requests-for-information, through project close out. Ensure safety is never compromised; communicate and support the Rhoads’ safety program as needed.

  • Basic working knowledge of general construction a plus
